1.1 Organization & Purpose
ANIMAL CHILD CARE AND WELFARE TRUST is a registered public charitable trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Registration No. 2025-26/13/4/910, PAN: AAMTA0928P). The primary purpose of this website is to share verified updates about our on-ground welfare activities (stray animal rescue, feeding drives, medical treatment, child development programs) and to facilitate voluntary financial contributions and donations to support these causes.
1.2 Online Donations & Payments
- Voluntary Contributions: All donations made through our payment gateway (powered by Razorpay Software Private Limited) are purely voluntary and non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
- Payment Security: Online transactions are processed via encrypted secure payment gateways. The Trust does not store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords on its servers.
- Transaction Receipts: Upon successful completion of a transaction, an automated digital receipt/confirmation will be dispatched to the email ID and mobile number provided during payment.
1.3 Trust Registration & Statutory Disclosures

The Trust holds provisional registration under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (URN: AAMTA0928PE20251). All donations made through this portal are deployed directly to field feeding, emergency mobile vet operations, animal sanctuary care, and child welfare programs.
1.4 Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, images, rescue documentation, and digital assets on this website are the intellectual property of ANIMAL CHILD CARE AND WELFARE TRUST. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial re-use without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
1.5 Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted site functionality, the Trust is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, payment gateway server downtimes, or external cyber events beyond our reasonable control.
